Plagiarism Policy
Journal Pustaka Sakti is committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and publication ethics. Plagiarism in any form is considered unethical and unacceptable.
Plagiarism includes, but is not limited to, the direct copying of text, ideas, data, images, or figures from other sources without proper citation; paraphrasing substantial parts of another work without acknowledgment; self-plagiarism or duplicate publication; and submitting work that has been wholly or partially published elsewhere without proper disclosure.
All manuscripts submitted to Journal Pustaka Sakti are screened for plagiarism using plagiarism detection software prior to the peer review process. Manuscripts that exceed the acceptable similarity threshold or show evidence of plagiarism will be rejected immediately without further review.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts are original, have not been published previously, and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Proper citation of all sources and references is mandatory.
If plagiarism is identified at any stage of the publication process—before or after publication—the editorial board reserves the right to take appropriate action. Such actions may include rejection of the manuscript, retraction of the published article, notification to the authors’ affiliated institutions, and prohibition of future submissions to the journal.
Journal Pustaka Sakti adheres to the guidelines and best practices set forth by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) in handling cases of plagiarism and ethical misconduct.
